Have you all seen this "Pearls Before Swine" comic strip from Sunday?
Pearls Before SwineFunny, with much truth! I can especially identify with the procrastination part. Particularly since we got the puppy (now eleven months old) last summer. It seems that no sooner do I coax or trick myself into starting a writing session, she wants to go out. And then, since I'm up anyway, I might as well get a couple of other things done. . . .
I sometimes tell myself I should be grateful that, because of her, I don't have to worry about the dire health consequences allegedly caused by sitting still too long at a stretch.
